These Terms and Conditions govern all equipment rental bookings, service agreements, and website usage for RSAV PRODUCTIONS LTD. By completing an online booking or confirming a rental service, customers agree to abide by all time-based rules, service limitations, and operational terms listed below.

2. Booking Confirmation & Validity Timeline
All reservation requests require official confirmation from our team to become valid bookings. Clear time-based validity rules apply to all orders:
- Booking Quotation Validity: 7 calendar days
All price quotes and reserved equipment availability remain valid for 7 days from the issue date. Unpaid bookings will expire automatically after this period. - Payment Completion Window: 48 hours
Once a booking slot is reserved, full payment should be completed within 48 hours to secure equipment allocation.
3. Cancellation Time Rules
All cancellation requests follow fixed time-tier terms, aligned with our refund policy timeline:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the rental start date qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the rental start date qualify for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 1 to 2 days before the rental start date qualify for a 20% refund.
4. Delivery & Collection Time Regulations
Our free round-trip delivery and collection service follows structured time windows for all Solihull-based bookings:
- Delivery time window: Scheduled within 24 hours prior to the rental start time.
- Collection deadline: All equipment must be ready for collection within 12 hours after the rental end time.
Customers are required to complete functional equipment inspection at the time of delivery to confirm device usability before starting the rental period.
5. Equipment Rental Duration Rules
Rental periods are strictly bound to the confirmed booking schedule. Any early return or partial day usage does not alter the agreed rental term pricing. Extended rental time requires a new booking request and will be confirmed within 24 hours of customer enquiry.
6. Customer Communication Response Time
Our team aims to respond to all booking enquiries, support messages, and service requests within 24 working hours. Urgent on-site rental matters will be prioritised and processed within the same working day.
7. Dispute & Enquiry Time Limit
Any service-related enquiries, feedback, or booking concerns should be raised within 7 days after the rental completion date to allow full review and assistance. Records older than 7 days may be limited in traceability.
8. Policy Updates
Updated terms will be published on this page and apply to all new bookings made from the publish date onwards. All time-based regulations remain consistent with our refund, delivery, and privacy policy standards.
