2. General Booking Rules & Effective Date

These booking terms take effect immediately upon order submission by the customer. All equipment hire orders placed via our website are fully bound by the clauses below. No post-hire retroactive adjustments will be made to finished rental transactions.

Our service strictly supplies equipment rental only. No auxiliary labour, planning or technical operation service is included within any rental package.

3. Standard Booking Process

All rental orders follow this fixed step-by-step procedure:

• Browse the website and select your required equipment rental package.
• Pick the exact dates you require the equipment for hire.
• Complete checkout process and submit your equipment booking order.
• Our team will review your order within 24 hours, a confirmation message will be sent once approval passes.
• We will prepare, inspect and fully test all reserved equipment ahead of your rental date.
• Final collection or delivery schedule will be confirmed with you in advance.
• Return all rented equipment completely after your rental period ends.

4. Full Liability Disclaimer

All equipment is provided on a hire-only basis, the following services are never covered within any rental package:

• On-site installation, equipment setup and manual operation support
• Event planning, venue arrangement and full event management
• DJ service, live performance staff and on-site technicians
• Photography, videography, media recording and content production
• Software accounts, game memberships, digital files and authorised licences
• Catering, venue decoration and all kinds of manual labour service

Customer Obligations & Full Liability

• The customer takes complete custody and responsibility for all rented equipment throughout the hire window.
• You shall compensate fully for all loss, theft, scratch, breakage or functional damage caused by improper use during rental.
• All equipment must be operated following official manufacturer safety guidelines and local legal standards.
• You are responsible for securing equipment against damage or loss during storage and usage.

Company Liability Limitation Clause

Within the scope permitted by UK consumer and commercial legislation, RSAV PRODUCTIONS LTD shall not bear liability for indirect losses, venue disruption, personal injury or property damage triggered by customer self-operation of rental gear. All equipment passes full function testing before handover to customers.

Equipment Replacement Clause

If certain equipment runs out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute listed gear with equal or higher specification equipment without extra charge or service downgrade.

5. Data & Payment Related Terms

All order payment and customer identity information is stored securely with fixed retention periods in line with data compliance standards. We only share essential order information with certified third-party service providers needed to finish your booking, and will never sell or distribute your personal data for commercial marketing use.

All payment processing is handled through independent secure service providers, our platform does not store full financial card details on internal servers.
